Robert Myers, President & CEO

As the President & CEO of RKV, Mr. Myers’ top priorities are client satisfaction and managing a team of associates that enthusiasticlly delivers IT services. His passion for Information Technology started upon graduation from college, when he enlisted in the United States Army during Vietnam.  With his background in computer science, he became a specialist in electronic cryptography. After an intense background check, interviews and testing, he earned a Special Intelligence (SI) level clearance. After serving in the Army, Mr. Myers went into the private sector working for many years in different areas of IT, always seeking out opportunities to implement new technologies and take on new challenges.   In 1993, Mr. Myers accepted his first government consulting contract, bringing his expertise to the Missouri Department Of Transportation (MoDOT). As the need for innovative IT solutions for state government grew, Mr. Myers assembled teams of professionals to develop systems for numerous areas within the government sector. Because of his success with clients and his ability to create strong IT teams, Mr. Myers has successfully created a thriving IT company, RKV Technologies.

Lucy Watts, PMP, Vice President of Marketing & Sales

Information technology has always been a passion for Lucy Watts and this drives her desire to get involved with IT from every angle – technical, executive management, sales and marketing. As Vice President for RKV Technologies, Inc., she identifies opportunities to leverage existing products in new markets, develop new products and services where a market exists, establish RKV’s strategic direction and define the marketing strategy and proposal development to win the business. Since joining the company, clients are the beneficiaries of her years of experience as an IT professional, her management and leadership skills, and experience delivering IT solutions to government entities. Clients quickly realize that she knows technology and how it can be applied to solve their business needs.

Christi Walsh, Director of Human Resources & Recruiting

Christi joined RKV Technologies, Inc. in 2008 as Director, Human Resources and Recruiting, who brought over 14 years of experience in progressively responsible roles at Fortune 100 companies including General Electric and Kraft Foods. She is a results-oriented leader, with expertise in human resources management, training management, organization development, training, instructional design and consulting. She is an associate-centric and results-oriented leader who is committed to build RKV’s reputation as the Employer of Choice in its markets by recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining the most technically skilled and knowledgeable domain experts for RKV’s customers.
