The Department of Health and Senior Services has awarded to RKV the project to review and evaluate the requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Grant and the three agencies that currently collect the data required for this evaluation.  

The  MIECHV project team will work with the DHSS program staff in the Home Visiting program within the Division of Community Public Health plus the program staffs from Nurse Family Partnership, Early Headstart Home-based and Parents as Teachers (the three programs).  This complex project will document the information the three programs currently collect and how that information matches with the information required from the federal grant.
